Friendly greeting on arrival to this quiet, very clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely flat screen tv and comfy beds and excellent facilities in the room. Loved the convienant seat in the spacious shower and time saving idea of having the vanity unit outside the shower/toilet room. Close to service area with array of eateries and shops.Will stay again! Clean stylish quiet room on the ground floor. This is a new hotel, and a lot of thought has gone into the overall design and layout. Excellent shower - like a wet room, with seat. Covered walkway to restaurant and motorway services shops. Courteous efficient staff. Would certainly use again. More

terrible booked for two nights with a possibility for a futher four but we checked out the middle of the first night we had to keep our heavy luggage downstairs in the office as we could not carry it up two flights of stairs..can you bellive a hotel with no lift....they keep silent about that in their adverts More

It's cheap, clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money - the only gripe would be the lumpy pillows; take your own!! More
