We are two families with six children age 5 to 11 and stayed in Knockree for the night. It was clean, modern and warm but very noisy until 3 or 4am because of a private party. The trip to Knockree Hostel may take a while to get to, especially if you are on foot, but you are highly rewarded with the beauty, location and hospitality of this facility. A little bit difficult to find, but worth it when you get there, new hostel, airy, spacious, clean. Fabulous views. Clean rooms, 2 kitchens-one for self catering, one for prepared meals, well provided kitchen. Did I mention the beautiful scenery. Reasonably priced. The 5 person room is great. More
