I stayed here on business this week and I must say its perfect The room was spotless with very comfy armchairs and I haven't slept as well in a hotel in quite some time,dinner was very good,staff very pleasant ,all around an excellent hotel and I couldn't recommend it enough ! Well done everyone

As a family we have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. Rooms comfortable. Lovely spa .. Good food .. Great location .. Will be back !

Stayed here recently with a group. It's a very busy, typical country town hotel. Staff are excellent, food very good without being gourmet standard. spa here amazing lovely aromatherapy steam room various different aromatherapy buttons you press for different aromatherapy oils.very relaxing and great value for money. cental location. would go back as loved that spa the hot pool outside was amazing too

Attended wedding. Staff friendly. Rooms nice but old worldy. Food very good. No room service after 9.30 was disappointing. Bar staff could have been more helpful during daytime. Some room for attitude adjustment! Late checkout was appreciated. Location is great.

First trip to Mayo and hopefully not the last. We have stayed in 5 star hotels in Asia U.S.A. etc and never experienced such happy and welcoming atmosphere. We were upgraded to a luxury room for our first stay and thoroughly enjoyed our food, night-time in the 'buzzing' bar, excellent staff,the whole ambience! Thank you all .

I Booked two night break for my parents last weekend as a treat. They have stayed here on a few occasions and really like the atmosphere. Stayed on 28 April 2013 it was my Husbands birthday the dining room staff was really lovely they put candle on his desert and sang happy birthday . We had a great time and food and music was very enjoyable.
