The bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water and large bath towels. Maureen and Peter were such wonderful hosts, we felt that we were family straight away. They filled us in on the best places to... More

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Cedar Lodge. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. There was no street noise, and no late night noise from other guests. Maureen greeted us warmly and served tea and scones. She spent time getting to know us, and we her, and we really felt welcomed into her home. Ask for... More

I stayed at Cedar Lodge with my father at the end of September. Since 2001, I have stayed many times before with Maureen and Peter and this time again, we had a very warm welcome with a nice cup of tea. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The choice for breakfast is excellent: ranging from traditional Irish,... More

Stayed with maureen recently while attending at wedding at the excellent castlecourt hotel. Cedar lodge did exactly what it said on the tin and provided a warm welcoming refuge for the night. Not to mention an amazing breakfast.
