We had a lovely weekend. Our stay in Killary House was very pleasant. Perfect location as it's right in the centre of town. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had Tea and coffee provided in the room with a little fridge. The breakfast was very tasty. And Christy and Margaret were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this B&B. We... More

We found this B&B by process of elimination - reasonable price, close to town, parking outside and a great breakfast. The room was comfortable and a little dated, but it did have a fridge. Plus, Westport had some really good fun bars - well worth a stop.

Killary House is run and owned by Margaret and Christy, who are a friendly, helpful couple. The full Irish breakfast was faultless, the room clean and tidy, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to all the shops, bars, pubs, and restaurants. And their prices are very reasonable. All in all, I would say that you can't go wrong staying here !

We stayed for 2 nights at Killary House this May. The rooms were clean and quite spacious and the breakfast was delicious (we loved the potato waffles!). The location was perfect as only a 2 minute walk from the main street yet very quiet and has on site parking. The proprietor Margaret was exceptional. She was most cheery and helpful... More

We stayed for 2 days at Margarets B&B. She runs a very nice B&B with a nice breakfast, clean rooms in a nice location at a most reasonable price. The B&B is located near to downtown Westport (2-3 min walk) and still free of traffic noise. Further, their was access to free internet and parking facilities.

We arrived without any prior booking but the Margaret quickly made us feel at home. Rooms were warm, clean and welcoming. There was also some coffee and tea in each room. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty. Margaret was an excellent host; sharing with us many useful tips about Westport. Killary House is located in a quiet courtyard 3 minutes... More

Just returned from staying for 3 nights at Killary House. Margaret was fantastic, anything we needed was no trouble at all. Room was big but cosy, very clean and comfy. The breakfasts we had were wonderful, full irish, freshly cooked. No problem parking either which is always a bonus. Great central location but away from the hustle and bustle of... More

Clean rooms, (saw the ecpilse from my window.) Good food and the friendliest of welcomes. Nothing was too much trouble for Christie and Maggie. Private courtyard and 2 minutes walk from town centre. Greatful thanks, I will certainly be back.

Myself and a few friends stayed for 3 days and found Margaret and her husband Christy to be the best host and B&B we could have wished for. A natural welcome, they were very nice and went the extra mile on various occasions for us to make sure every query we had and aspect of our holiday in Westport was... More
