Friendly reception, basic but adequate room, low price, but need to pay for breakfast, car park and internet! We had a room with a lovely view over the river Shannon, and it was quiet, but others in our party were disturbed with noise and someone banging on their door ion the night!

An average hotel, good location, parking was good.

Before I say anything else: request a room overlooking the river on the 5th floor, it really enhances the experience. This wont win any awards for luxury but it's a fine location and the rooms were clean and cheap. One major issue was the noise from the main street....the fact I had a hangover didn't help either :)

The staff at Jurys Inn Hotel are really lovely. The receptionists were patient and concerned about our stay. The manager was friendly, the night security guard was very pleasant and the breakfast staff were accommodating. The breakfast was good quality. The room itself was entirely acceptable but not luxurious. Overall very good indeed.

Location is good however prices go up substantially when there's something on in Limerick. Didn't eat there so can't comment. Friendly staff both in the bar and on reception. Thought the room was ok but nothing to get excited about. The bar could do with new decor or something to give it a bit of atmosphere, it's a bit bland.

Arrived at reception, to be met by a lovely receptionist called Joanne. Made us feel very welcome, and supplied room with a lovely view of the river and city.
