I have no idea why the rating is so good for this hotel. Our beds were dirty and extremely uncomfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly unfriendly. We stayed here after flying into Shannon, but stayed at the Park Inn the night before we left and that is much more convenient and much higher quality than the Travelodge.

Good value for the 42 euro we paid for a family room.we arrived at 6pm and when we got to our room it was freezing,went to reception and they apologised and gave us a heater which did the trick..it's not the ritz but it was clean and fresh..

Hotel was clean,warm and always cleaned,staff were great ,they helped us out with extra pillows when asked.having breakfasts at eddie rockets through the hotel was really good,it kept us going,would fully recommend to anyone,will stay there again next time we are back in Ireland.

Service is bad, far from transport, rooms were never cleaned during our stay if my wife did not made the bed i think it would have never been made,carpets look like they been seldom vacuumed

Stayed here for a weekend and I have to say my stay was hassle free. The staff were polite and very helpful. The receptionist helped event plan my weekend which was great. The room was always cleand up to standards. And the staff always catered to my needs. Thanks4a great stay.

Only stayed a couple of nights but no problems at all. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable and the free wi-fi available in the reception area was an added bonus.
