Comfortable rooms, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast (freshly cooked NOT a buffet!) There's a fitness centre too, not, of course that I need such a thing! Well placed for Limerick and it's surrounding countryside.

Decided to treat ourselves for a night - so glad we did. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room very comfortable. Went swimming twice in the leisure complex - great. Jacuzzi - didn't want to get out. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, good location outside the city centre, great food. We went as a couple and could not fault it, bar was mixture of locals and residents, could have done with a band or music but in this climate it was understandable that there was none
