Sarah and I stayed twice (Jul 2008- Jul 2009)on this farm and recieved a very warm hospitality from Laura . After a long drive you'll find rest in large bedrooms with even larger bathrooms . The area around is spectacular. Kilkenny is 20 min drive.Castelcomer and Ballyragget are the nearest towns.Laura's breakfast is a feast .

Of all of the B&Bs we stayed in, this had the largest room. We were in the family room, which had two double beds and a HUGE bathroom. I also liked the family room with TV and chairs so we could unwind during a rain storm. It was very much like being in their home, rather than in a room.... More

We had a great time at Byrnes Grove. Our 2 year old son thoroughly enjoyed himself especially feeding the animals. Jim and Laura were exceptional hosts, offering a warm and friendly welcome. We would recommend Byrnes Grove without hesitation.
