Dissapointed. Arrived at 3o clock and had to wait for our room to be prepared. which was pretty basic for a 5 star. This is an amazing hotel and was a fantastic break. From the moment we arrived we were made feel so welcome and at home. I highly recommend this as a break. From the labradors to the great cuisine it was memorable. The staff are so friendly and hospitable.
