As family of 4 arrived on Saturday and got upgraded to exec suite to accommodate us all. Room was excellent, clean and bright. Hotel was busy and good buzz. Found the Carlton Tralee to be clean & comfortable. Although not in walking distance to the town, taxis are easily accessible. Dined in the bar, which had a good menu & the food was nice too. Would recommend to others.

We (my family and I) found the hotel pleasant enough, hotel, rooms, etc were clean and modern, however, we found some of the staff, especially the night porter and bar staff quite rude and unaccommodating.
