Been staying at this hotel every year for the past 7 years. Never disappointed. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms, and the whole hotel is beautiful. Full of character. The best hotel in Killarney in my opinion. Counting down the days until next years visit.

In many respects our two night visit here bordered on excellent. This was one of our best 3-4 star hotel experiences in the UK/Ireland... a stately residence transformed into hotel with nicely furnished rooms and grand sitting rooms. My friend & I spent one night here. We found the Hotel wonderful from start to finish. We had a lovely room, breakfast & exceptionally polite & friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one.

Lovely hotel with the warmth of home. Fireplaces, beautiful pictures and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Their "sister" hotel is next to the Randles Court. We spent a total of 3 nights here (2 different rooms) over 4 days in late April 2013. Service was excellent. Fireplaces had fires in them each evening. Full Irish Breakfast was very good. Randels Hotel is extremely clean, they have fires in all drawing rooms to relax and unwind in the evenings. They have spa facilities incorporated into the building where you can avail of a massage, facial or any kind of beauty pampering. They also have a pool, sauna and jacuzzi. We have just returned from a 2 day break at the Randles Court with our 2 year old daughter. Lovely hotel, very comfortable and nice decor.
