Upon arrival, we were informed we were on the second floor but had to drag our bags up four steep flights of stairs. The room smelled strongly of new paint. There was no alarm clock, telephone or television. I checked my confirmation and saw they indeed advertised my room had a phone and tv. The bathroom was incredibly small and... More

This trip was a mid-week getaway on a budget. I was mixed as to whether to book it based on reviews on here, but I went ahead. For the price I was happy with the decision. The actual room was basic, but I didn't expect luxury. However, the room and bathroom was clean, which is very important to me. I... More

I was really excited about staying at the adelphi this weekend, having read reviews, seen their website etc etc. Only I have to admit I was a little bit dissappointed. I had emailed the hotel prior to my arriavl asking for a nice room as it was my friends birthday - to my surprise I did get one of the... More

I travelled with 3 friends to Dublin and we were seeking for a cheap and central place. This is one of the best options in town, cheap enough for the facilities they offer. The rooms are spacious and clean. Totally recomendable if you are looking for a typical B&B.

Have spent the last 3 days staying at the Adelphi Guesthouse Dublin. We were in room 17 top floor up some narrow stairs. We asked for a twin room and ended up with a double bed and a single bed, which worked out great. Nice old building, however the room looked like it had recently been decorated with new modern... Stayed here 3 nights with my brother. Great location, quick walk to Temple Bar and anywhere else you want to go. Super close to the train station. We saw 3 different staff, one was pretty grumpy but Luke was a great guy. Staff helped us get to the airport for an early flight; the bus to the airport was right... More
