On the website it claims to be a 4* B&B, although on the sign at the accommodation it stated 3*, personally I would be generous to give 2*. I booked 2 double rooms for 2 nights and asked when making the booking if there was a cot available for an 18 month old child. I was told no problem. On... More

First thing I noticed as we were shown to our "upgraded" room was mould along the bottom of the roller blind. The twin room was tiny (A queen bed and a small single with no headboard squished along the foot of it). The decor was old fashioned and dowdy (terracottas and bright yellows). The room was really cold and heating... More

Alan met us on arrival, a friend and I just stayed for 2 nights for a Robbie Williams concert! Alan was very helpful with local travel and places to go. The rooms are very basic and clean. No drink facilities but tea and coffee is available downstairs in the breakfast room for any time you please. They knew we were... More

My aunt and I took our first trip to Ireland in July 2010. Alan was very helpful in giving us information on how to get around and what things to see. My aunt got sick and Maria was very helpful in sending her to her personal Dr., who was also very nice. Yes, the breakfast was the same everyday but... More

A collegue and I stayed in this Guest House in Dublin for a promotion we were running end April this year. the guest house is in a very quiet location , which was nice as it meant there was no traffic noise at night. However I got the distinct feeling that they really only like to be paid in cash.... More

I was a repeat guest so gave the place a second chance but found rooms small, things broken, and people in the room next too us noisy - could here every word they were saying - house too small to be a B&B. I had to cancel booking on last occasion and owner took the money for three nights regardless... More

i was very surprised by the treatment i received, considering the customer service i had been given on the phone. The room was a single with a double bed in it, no room to swing a cat. I found the host very mean, when i asked for a bagel with my breakfast, i was told it was part of a... More

I had a big family gathering in Dublin and wanted to get in some touristy stuff and clubbing (though just went to The George as it was great fun). Didn't want to break the bank on Dublin hotels as I didn't think I'd actually use my room much but didn't want to stay in some pit at £30 a night... More
