We stayed here recently on a hen do - the rooms are pretty average, but it's a 5 minute walk from the train station and close to O'Connell Street. At €55ea not bad value for Dublin.

Ok. the hotel is a bit scruffy (chipped paint, cracked bathroom tiles), but the beds were clean and the showers hot. Pleasant staff, comfortable & clean room, all at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend on the basis of my 3-day experience. Wi-fi could have a slightly better signal, but no other 'constructive' comment to make.

Spent 3 nights here in Jan. Had a triple room - could do with updating but comfortable and big enough. All staff very friendly. Good breakfast - ate in dining room. Good bar with average prices. stayed in a triple room which is in need of serious work. the toilet was practically coming off the wall, broken tiles on the floor. the room decor was very old fashioned. on the upside beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. the location is great. I wouldnt stay in this hotel again though!

In process of renovation. Will be much smarter inside on completion.. Rooms very good and clean. Bar lacks atmosphere but is comfortable. Only had breakfast in Hotel. Food plentiful and well cooked. Ambiance leaves a little to be desired for a Hotel claiminf 4+ stars. All that said, a great location and value for money
