I stayed there for 5 days in May 2012 with a large group of people from the Castleford Male Voice choir. The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic...We never left the dining room hungry! The bed was comfy and the room had TV, Coffee & Tea making facilities, Ironing board plus a Hairdryer. I stayed here in June 2011 with my partner as we couldn't find a hotel in the centre of the city. I booked it on-line and the rate was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. It was difficult to find and we drove past it and ended up in Lucan village. It is very easy to miss... More

Although not a modern hotel it was very welcoming. The food in the bar was basic but excellent. Price was very good and I got a great dinner, b&b rate from their website. Could be missed easily when driving past it... More

Hotel check in and staff very good. Parts of hotel need re vamped and rooms small but clean. We stayed one night and went to a show in Dublin. For the price it is good value. A bit tricky to find at first as it is just off the motorway. Came back fro show and went to the bar where... More
