We just returned from a week's trip across the west and southwest of Ireland. Although all our bed and breakfast hosts were welcoming and gracious, Gertie at Travelers Joy was by far the best. If you plan on seeing the sights in the Cork City area, Travelers Joy is the place to stay. I cannot recommend it enough. More
