“Great service”

Easy parking located at top end of town, very welcoming good selection of wine and beer.food was well presented and very filling.children east free monday to thursday.palace is about a 10 minute walk and located close to town shops.

“A place for good value "pub grub"”

I have visited with friends on a few occassions. The bar/dining area is comfortable and staff make it very welcoming. The food is good and an number of offers and menu options are available. The local "folk club" meets there on a Thursday night and this is an additional attraction. Worth a visit

Friendly staff and more modern than I was expecting from the outside. Visited the West port on various occasions for a drink and for brunch. The bar/lounge is tastefully decorated, a warm fire greets you when you walk through the door and the staff are friendly and attentive. We found ourselves in Linlithgow at lunchtime today. The welcome looking West Port Hotel seemed inviting. Warm welcome and pleasant service from both the friendly barmaid/waitress girls Julie & Stefanie. Lunch was fine. went for overnight stay with friends rooms were a good size ,very clean and warm. Staff were so nice and friendly.Went to go to nightclub in premises and couldnt get in as they said it was full so we went into hotel bar and staff got manager who immedatley let us into nightclub without taking entrance fee .Would certainly recommend... I stayed for a week while doing a course. Having travelled around the country i can rate it really high. The staff were super and more then helpful. Food was excellent. At todays prices i think the cost of the room is very competitive. You should try it i think you will enjoy a stay here.
