Booked this hotel for an overnight for a party of italians with only one english speaker. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for them. Same applied to the staff in the restaurant. This was a stopover and I must say it was exactly as they say. Reception was very good and helpful and friendly. Room was good and could not complain about anything . If you need somewhere to stay in this area its got everything you want at a good price if you do it online.

This hotel is a great location for Prestwick airport, and the offer of room and leave your car is excellent value and no hassle. Rooms usual great quality and staff friendly and helpful. Great nights sleep as well.

Stayed here on Thursday night. Comfortable room although it could do with a more modern tv. There was no hot water early in the afternoon but this was quickly fixed when reported to reception. We eat in the Brewers Fayre next door and the food was good.

Good place to stay with family. Family gathered for Granny's birthday - 3 separate rooms. Ideal for 3.5 year-old with bed in parents' room, Fun Factory and colouring materials in restaurant. I like staying in premier inns but one attached to a brewers fayre brings the hotel down as the food was not up to the standard of usual premier inns The rooms were cold and only small convector heaters but overall the place could do with a makeover
