“Loved this spot”

Excellent B&B, well located and superbly hosted. I've never seen a cleaner room and bath. We were warmly greeted by Michael and felt very welcome. Breakfast was an absolute delight - and served with much graciousness by Joyce, who also provided excellent shopping advice. This is a delightful place and an outstanding value!

Thank you Michael and Joyce for a wonderfully warm welcome. Our two night stay was a great experience. Your friendly welcome, expert advice and great breakfasts made our Ayr visit so enjoyable. I was fortunate to have 2 lovely evenings at this wonderful place. Michael even carried my ridiculously heavy case 3 flights of stairs! The rooms are tastefully done ,and I loved my bathroom. The lounge down stairs was the perfect spot for a night cap.If I thought things couldn't get better....then came breakfast :) .wow nothing like a good Scottish... More

Joyce and Michael looked after us really well - you couldn't have asked for anything else. the rooms were lovely and clean - well decorated and best of all comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of it and the breakfast room so well laid out. would definately stay again and have already recommended to others.

My parents and I stayed at Michael and Joyce's lovely home in early April. They were celebrating their 54th anniversary with a trip through Scotland, and Ayr was a wonderful stop. Stayed for two nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts. Everything spotless. Michael and Joyce were very friendly and welcoming. Would strongly recommend this guesthouse to anyone. A real gem!
