Just back from a stay in Ayr, this b&b is well situated for the beach and a walk into town, but that is all. The room was tired looking, and over furnished in my opinion, would not be my choice of stay again - hope it improves after the make over planned :-((

nicely located,central for parks, beach, shops, free parking outside only one room on ground floor, we had it.......great, we had the conservatory, and garden a must for an extra few quid, clean and nicely decorated. friendly staff, and great breakfast, we will use this again

Beautifully decorated (an enormous bed in room 3), everything required was supplied. Breakfast delicious with plenty of choice. Preferred breakfast tables seperated rather than as one big table as had a young child. Have already reccommended to friends and family, would stay again.
