“Unhelpful landlord”

Booked for busiest night of the year and on arrival found accommodation was not as booked but instead of trying to resolve this matter the landlord seemed insistant on us finding alternative accommodation an was totally unhelpful. Several rooms do not have ensuite and first floor does'nt even have a toilet or bathroom on that floor. Would definately advise against... More

Booked visit via Expedia website in the few days leading up to my trip.(one night stay) Visited the Eglinton over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, very convenient location in a quiet grand street, just 5 minutes walk from the promenade and town centre.
