My friend and i stayed here for the Scottish National weekend. We would look no further if we came to this area again. It is a perfect place to stay, we were well peased. The comfort, food, cleanliness, friendliness and location were spot on

Stayed here as part of sum family history research... location is ideal, a short walk from town centre and ayr beach. Was placed in room three which is really an en-suite twin box room , amenities... tea, coffee, kettle, freeview tv, hair dryer, the room is non smoking, clean & tidy, comfortable beds, and good central heating... ill be back... We stayed at JacMar for one night ,and received a warm and friendly welcome from Anne and family.The room was a good size,lovely and clean with ample tea,coffee and biccys .Ensuite show and WC spotless. My wife and I stayed recently at the JacMar, for a wee post-op break. It is very central (with off road parking), with nothing a problem to the owners, you only have to ask. Four of us stayed here on a golfing trip and it was ideally located for the great Ayrshire links courses. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent.
