booked two nights left early in the morning of the first night. Very dirty hotel, cold. Dirty towels one of which was wet. Dont think they changed towels or sheets since the last person in the room. This hotel is a disgrace.

I will keep this short and sweet, Due to work commitments I have to stay in all manner of hotels from lavish to basic, this hotel was multiple levels below basic.
It was booked solely to be used as an overnight hotel before myself and partner jetted out on hols the following morning from Glasgow airport.

Once we finally found the place, tucked away in a dodgy area, we couldn't believe this is what we'd booked. It looked dreadful even from the outside - run down and uncared for. There were no cars in the parking lot and the pavement was cracked, lumpy, and had weeds growing through. We had reserved it online, so decided to...

The hotel may be located close to town, but it is located in an industrial estate. There is a five-aside-football pitches directly opposite which provide a large source of noise until late at night. Terrible place with a terrible receptionist/cook/cleaner. First impressions were that they need a gardener, new front door handle and door bell as both were hanging off! The smell inside was enough to choke the poor fish in the tank upstairs. All 6 rooms were bolted and locked up like something from ms trunchbull's chokey! The bedroom was horrific with not...
