This B&B is neater than a pin! It was impeccably clean from the common areas right down to our individual room and bath. The bus stop is virtually right across the stree, though walking to town takes maybe 10 mionutes or so. The breakfasts were great and there is absolutely no reason anyone wouold walk away hungry. The only areas... More

Have been staying there when in Perth for over 13 years, and it is simply the best. There is a Family room with double and single bed and ensuite shower room; a double with ensuite shower room, and a twin with private bathroom. Breakfast is excellent and each room or party has their own table. Guest lounge is currently being... More

I stayed in the family room for one night with my daughters. The propritor allowed us to bring pizza in as we were late arriving. Room is modern, clean with wonderful little touches, chocolates, mini rolls & all assortment of toiletries at our disposal. Beds were wonderfully comfortable & the breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit salad - strawberries, and full... More

This was the first time we have stayed in a guest house we normally choose hotels but we are so glad we chose the Ardfern. It is a large house our bedroom was huge with a lovely luxurious feel to it. Our stay was only a flying visit but we will be back next year. The breakfast was enormous and... More

we booked the night before and when we arrived there was parking space and a warm reception, the room was clean and tidy with plenty of space. The chocolate bars were a nice touch and the breakfast was great especially the coffee at breakfast and the proper mushrooms instead of manky tinned ones.
