I waited fifteen minutes to check in. Staff unkind. Do not choose the club package(fruit, a small bottle of red and white wine, mineral water, chips maturing in June 2013!), 25 pound down the drain! Hotel not up to the reputation.I will not return

Returned after four nights, our stay was enjoyable The Ballroom for meals was different but made no difference. Staff were excellent. I suppose we will have to return next year to test the big menu. Looking forward to it.

We got married at the Salutation on Saturday the 30th of March 2013. Our whole day was perfect from start to finish! Myself and my bridesmaids were given a room to get changed in from 9am, and we were allowed to use this room all day for free.
