Stayed at the Acer for 4 nights,very clean and beautifully decorated room . Linda and John very friendly people ,also Linda likes to bake and left cakes in our room everyday which tasted lovely . Plenty to eat for breakfast including home made scones. Pleasant walk into the centre of Perth through South Inch Park. Would use again nightly recommend.

Stayed for 2nights. excellent facilities, comfy bed, clean room. Loved the shower which had built in radio and powerful jets. Everything about my stay was excellent I was invited into their living space to socialise and made most welcome.Hotel located in a very scenic location with grand views over South inch and Perth all in all a very enjoyable stay.
