My husband & I so enjoyed our stay at Rosebank Guest House on our trip to Scotland. Even though we arrived earlier than expected Caroline was very welcoming. The Guest House is done beautifully & is exceptionally clean. The location is great, very close to the town center so you can wander & enjoy. We'll be back in the future!

Great attention from Caroline, she waited for us until 3 in the morning to welcome us due to delayed flight! Rooms were cosy and clean, and breakfast was very good. Will definitely go back there next year.
