I spent 2 nights here before going on a photography holiday. As others have said this is a lovely friendly and comfortable place to stay, just a few minutes from the town but with beautiful views over the river. David was a great host, breakfast superb - especially the fruit, and very good sausages!

We stayed here for one night in September. The B&B is an easy walk from the Inverness train station. Our room was very nice and quiet. A delicious breakfast got us through a good day of hiking. David was a friendly and helpful host who made good recommendations for places to eat dinner.

A very nice place to spend a night or two, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, hosts are very accommodating. Would definitely recommend the place!

Stayed in Ness Bank Guest House for three nights. Very friendly welcome, clean room, great location, excellent breakfast (best fruit salad ever). There was a package of info about the guest house and Inverness which we found very useful. David was a very helpful host giving tips about pubs and where to get haggis etc. We'll definitely stay there again... More
