Lovely, carefully restored old building with bags of great character. Fiona was obliging and helpful. Fresh fruit, porridge, and kippers...it doesn't get much better than that. Great view of the river, overlooking the river walk, walking distance to city center. Parking permit available upon request from Fiona, at no cost. Very helpful.
