Fine generally - but the carpets and furniture was pretty dated. There was also a funky smell in the hallway. Bathroom was roomy and clean

Helpful and proffessional staff. Room was great, very clean, great shower and reasonably priced. Only downside, think i got last room which was seperate building and directly accross from main entrance. There was a wedding on and people outside were a bit noisy. Breakfast was excellent, would stay again.

Still savouring our weekend spent at the hotel (10 days ago). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a suite which was marvellous . Had 2 dinners and 1 lunch (all on separate days) and the menu had everything you could ask for. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend highly enough.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful grounds and very friendly staff. A real family feel to our bank holiday weekend stay in grand hotel in the very lovely Inverness. Helped by the fact the weather was gorgeous! We stayed in a very large modern suite and I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for one night in April and the staff and room couldn't have been better. Our room was clean and spacious and very modern. Overall a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Inverness.
