We stayed at this guest house for one night (two adults, one kid in a triple room). Well designed and nicely decorated room, availability of a triple room, very responsive and friendly owner. The BnB is close to downtown inverness, so walking there is no problem.

Stayed at this guest house for one night. Received a warm welcome by the owner who was really nice and spoke to us for a couple of minutes. Was greeted by the host, a lovely man, explained everything in the room and hotel. Stayed in a double room the bed was big, clean and comfy, overall a great place to stay and great value for money, would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Inverness

Nice large room with super king sized bed. Good sized bathroom. Usual condiments in room, free wifi. Our towels smelt really musky, like they had been in storage for a long time. The member of staff who greeted us was friendly and polite. We thought the room was overpriced and don't think we would return.

Stayed for one night after a concert at the Ironworks and found this guesthouse to be ideally situated, just a few minutes walk from the town and river. The en-suite room was well decorated, the shower the best ever and everything you could wish for was provided. Breakfast was plentiful and really well cooked and the owner friendly and helpful....
