A wonderful b&b! I stayed several nights while my husband was in Raigmore Hospital, was made to feel very 'at home'. The room was delightful with lots of nice touches....the home baking and fresh fruit were especially welcome! Elaine and Ken have succeeded in combining first class service and warm hospitality. We have returned twice and are planning a visit... More

I stayed here on two occasions when my mother was in hospital. The rooms were spotless and had more facilities than you would get in many hotels. The location is easy walking distance of Raigmore hospital, at most 5mins. I would without any doubt, recommend this B&B.

I stayed here for 2 weeks in September 2012 whilst working at Raigmore Hospital. Kenny runs a taxi as well so he picked me up from the airport. Both Kenny and Elaine made me very welcome, the room was comfortable and quirky with lots of nice touches and a daily supply of fruit and snacks. Breakfast was freshly cooked with... More

I stayed at this wonderful cottage, for few weeks, while working at Raigmore Hospital. The lovely couple Ken and Elaine make you feel at home, every single day of the week. The room smells fresh all the time, with bed made for you, better than you can ever imagine. Spotless indeed as others commented. Walking distance to the hospital, Tesco... More

I stayed with at Drakies Cottage for 6 nights while my aunt was a patient at Raigmore Hospital. Elaine and Ken made me very welcome. My room was spotless and had lovely extra like fresh fruit, biscuits and a bottle of water everyday. Breakfast was excellent, fantastic choice and cooked beautifully. Nothing is too much trouble! Would definitely stay again.

I stayed with Elaine and Kenny for a week while working at Raigmore hospital. They could not have made me more welcome from the start. Their home is spotless, cosy and comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. Comfortable and quiet nights were complimented by a sumptuous breakfast and many extra little things such as home made scones and fresh... More

We booked at short notice to stay with Elaine and Kenny and it was our good fortune that they were able to accommodate us! We were warmly welcomed to this little gem of a cottage with lots of little quirky charm and a welcome tray in our room of Scottish shortbread and home made tray bakes. Fresh fruit was also... More

I was booked into this B&B by a friend so had no prior knowledge of it. It was my first visit to Scotland and I could not have been made more welcome by Elaine and Kenny. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the house, and Elaine's little touches and Kenny's wonderful breakfasts made my stay very relaxing... More

I found Drakies cottage quite by chance having tried many other B and Bs in Inverness whilst working at the hospital for a few months. I wish I had found this gem much earlier. Ken and Elaine take great pride in making your stay very comfortable. Plenty of extra little touches that you would normally find in a boutique hotel.... More
