We had a fantastic time while at Ghillies Lodge. It was a little unfortunate that there was construction right by the very tight driveway but overall highly recommended. Thank you!!

If you are a B&B traveller...this is the must do for Inverness. Place is cute and comfortable. People are friendly and fun. Food is FANTASTIC.

We only booked in here by chance, based on price and what Expedia.com.au had on offer at time. Wow, were we lucky. It really is "the best" and ideally located. Just don't take a big car!

Room was well sized, with a big ensuite. Breakfast was lovely, and eating it looking out over the river made it taste even better!

The hosts were pleasant and offered great advice, the breakfast was delicious, easy walk following the river to downtown, quaint cottage-like feel, beautiful location along the river, large rooms, very comfortable beds. Probably the best sleep we had on our entire trip! Would have loved to stay longer!

Although first impressions of Ghillies Lodge are not great (garden/porch a little scruffy, parking tight, room- floral print, faded/stained furniture and doilies!) I actually loved my one night stay here. After our stay last year we had a warm welcome. We also got the same room and it was beautiful and superb again. Clean and quiet room beside the river ness with splendid cooked (scottish) breakfast (as you like it). Excellent informations to your daily trips are given too.
