This hotel was a great find. Near to shops, comfortable, good service, staff friendly and very helpful, food excellent, room and en suite spotless. Lifts a big help and easy to use. I will choose The Encore for all future stays in Inverness. Thank you.

Great location. We had a twin room and the beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very small. Restaurant and common area was great and the staff were very friendly. No parking but the nearby train station parking area worked out great for 6 lbs per 24 hrs.

Close to the station and town centre, very freindly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, 'contemporary' style which is fairily minimalist but everything you need.
