We have stayed 14 nights the Bank House over the last 2 years on our fishing trips to the Highlands. Having stayed at many B&Bs in the Highlands we rate this as the best we have found yet. Rooms are very modern and always imaculate, nice shower rooms and all linen is always crisp and fresh. Breakfast is when you want... More

It was an ok place. The family who run it was very nice and welcoming. We were in a small room overlooking the road. While the room was clean and very satisfactory, the lack of consistency in style bothered me. More

Stayed in the guesthouse for 3 days, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The guesthouse is a family run business, who have renovated the rooms over the years, my room had quality bedding and furnishings, plenty of tea coffee and milk. The guesthouse has adequate free parking at the rear, and is within easy walking distance of all the local amenities.... More

A quiet, impeccably clean, reasonably priced, historical guest house ideally located in the center of town. We had a lovely room overlooking the river and were sorry our stay wasn't longer. William and Angela were warm and welcoming hosts, helpful with advice re restaurants and other logistics. Hannah, their daughter, was delightful, well-mannered and helpful (without getting in the way)... More

My friends and I stayed here the night before we started cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End. In spite of our arrival on the last train from London (10.30pm!) Angela and William were extremely accomodating, the rooms were excellent, they looked after our bikes for us and they even sorted us out with breakfast before anybody else was up... More

Lovely traditional building with modern look on the inside. Great value for money, and really clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night, but it was very peaceful and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. More

Nothing was to much trouble, we were showed to our room which... More

Im not usually the type of person who will write reviews on trip advisor but i was very pleased with my stay here and feel i should promote it to others. I stayed at this B&B over a period of four weeks and felt very at home and welcomed by this family who lived here. It is a very pretty... More
