Been to the Rowan Tree a few times and never a disappointment! Lovely location next to Loch Alvie and close enough to Aviemore to access all the local activities. The food is worth a special mention, we dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent and good value for money. Will definitely be back at The Rowan Tree.

Great room, great character, great food and great service. Ideal location for stopping off on a journey further north or for exploring Aviemore and the cairngorms/speyside. Providing warmth comfort and fabulous food both in the evening and at breakfast we can't wait to come back. Lovely property with great character with no problem caused with anything asked for.
