We spent one night in room 5. The room was very quiet and clean and comfortable. The owners were good hosts and friendly. The cooked breakfast was excellent, the best I have had in a B&B. We enjoyed activities nearby in Aviemore, and the house is a short walk from the town.

Lovely house and gorgeous location Good cooked breakfast and handy for everything we wanted to do. Decor was a bit twee - more 1970s than Victorian lodge and not sure about carpets in bathrooms. Not really worth the price but it is Aviemore I guess.

Always stay here when on business in Aviemore. Most new reviewers love it but this is more to confirm the consistently high standard set by Robert and Carol over many years. A truly superb place to stay and great value.

A fantastic location with rooms overlooking the Cairngorm Mountains. We spent some time just wandering around the grounds and the view from our window as the mist rose in the morning was breathtaking.
