We stayed in a family room with 2 kids. Room had a extendable sofa bed. Room was clean and had adequate space. There is small play area for the kids. The Italian restaurant is superb. There are also quite a few resaurants and cafes within walking distance as is a Tesco express. More

We stayed for 3 nights. Nice and peaceful apart from the bairns who were running about in the morning ha! Liked the fact we could laze around till whenever we wanted we weren't in a rush to go anywhere. I would recommend the Italian restuarant it was fab we didn't book on the sat but booked for the sun... Great... More

We stayed here with two children for three nights in August. The room itself was very clean and comfortable - similar to a Travelodge style, with ensuite facilities, tea/coffee making. Being there for three nights, I think we missed the opportunity to heat up food rather than eat out every night - so I guess that would be my only... More

For some reason I was finding it hard finding a hotel room to cater for 2 adults and 2 children with the provision of a travel cot, and when I did find one the price was outragous. When I came across this hotel at an extreamly good price, I was dubious. I called to ensure that there was a travel... More

We stayed in one of the lodges. It was very clean and tidy, and well equipped with TV/DVD/Cable, but no internet. The accomodation was comfortable, although was a little dated. Saying this, ideal for a family on tour. More

As we had only decided the week before to go to Aviemore we were limited on availability for our price range. After looking at other comments I decided to go ahead and book and we were very pleased with the service and the standard of the accommodation at the High Range. Our room was clean and everything we needed was... More

Location not great, a long walk from the main hub of Aviemore along a busy main road. Rooms basic, noisy and cheaply furnished - not worth the £70 a night price tag. Service is rudimentary verging on rude! The Italian restaurant on site is overrun with wild kids as is the little play area (until very late at night). Wished... More

Stayed here for 3 nights midweek. We booked the superior room as there were no standard doubles available. The room was very spacious with a huge bed and a nice wee sitting area next to big windows - the view was out to some woods where there were many birds and rabbits to watch. The bathroom was spotless and the... More
