rooms very shabby and even at 40 for single room over-priced. damaged windows, broken mirror, single duvet inside double cover. poor tea making fascilities. bathroom dirty, room generally grubby. do yourself a favour and find somewhere else. there other places nearby roughly same price but better than this dump. if you are expceting 3 star no chance 2 at most.
