The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the centre of Glasgow. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. However the rooms and facilities were mediocre and not exceptional as I was led to believe from some reviews. We only had breakfasts in the hotels, which again were very average with fairly poor service because of under-staffing.
