We visited this hotel having bought a voucher on a deal website. We had room 709 which was on the 7th floor and had floor to ceiling panoramic windows which meant the view was great! The bed was really comfy, got a great sleep. The bathroom was a good size and the shower nice and powerful. Breakfast is self-service and... More

Me and few of my work colleague stayed at Marks hotel on Sunday night attending to Scottish Hotel Awards 2012. Must say that I am was well impressed with size of the room, bed quality and modern decor. Unfortunately there was no view from the room but this was not an issue at all just information. Bathroom was again specious... More

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Only issue I had was the elevators; one of them was broken and the other was tiny. The warning sign stating that only 4 people should use the lift at one time didn't inspire much confidence and led me to significant anxiety when a party of 4 Greeks jumped in to the lift with... Myself and a few friends stayed here when visiting Glasgow for a show in the SECC. We loved this hotel. It's in a great location, very central. Glasgow is very easy to get around anyways as it is not that big but everything you would want is within walking distance from the hotel. Lots of restaurants etc nearby and within... More

Stayed with my partner and was pleasantly surprised. Location is superb, close to station, good restaurants and bars. Staff really helpful and friendly. Rooms small but well appointed and ours was quiet as at back of hotel. Shower was powerful, breakfast selection had decent choice so would stay again. More

Returned to Marks Hotel for the penthouse and pamper break, was there in September 2011 with my two daughters, every bit as good this time. Only downside was that my youngest daughter was too ill to come. Had the same gorgeous room as last time, food was delicious. Felt really relaxed after our massages. Every member of staff couldn't have... More

We stayed in the marks hotel last night after I bought an offer on a discount website. We upgraded to a duplex suite and have to say it was worth every penny. The room had a mezzanine level with the bedroom upstairs with a full length window over both floors. It was absolutely stunning. The views over Glasgow even on... More

Seems a shame that in a city of beautiful architecture that you’d stay at Marks as it aesthetically isn’t all that representative of Glasgow however, the location is great for exploring, the beds are comfy and the staff are friendly. Interiors are a bit run down and well worn but value for money. Especially with breakfast included. More

Stayed only one night on 26th April, Booked a 2 bed duplex suite, check in staff were first class and very efficient. Thre suite itself had stunning views and was very clean and comfortable. We had room service for both evening meal adn breakfast. This was of very good quality and not expensive, Will certainly return for future visits. More
