The room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. One drawback, parents do not supervise children at breakfast time, the kids seem to touch everything edible they can!

On the South Side of the city this is a great hotel. The staff are so nice, and trains are handy if you don't want to drive into the city centre. The Beefeater Grill attached to the hotel is more than excellent, and there's a Waitrose supermarket across the car park for those who don't have one at home! Brilliant

Stayed for two nights a few weeks after the hotel opened. Large clean room, with good sized bathroom. Very friendly and courteous staff. Lovely food in the Restaurant. Sadly very limited mobile signal in the rooms.
