Recently stayed at norvotel where one of the individuals in my party fell ill. The front desk staff helped us immensely as we were on holiday from the States and did not know where the closest hospital was. Needless to say, the front desk helped us figure out the process with NHS. You were a lifesaver! Would recommend Norvotel any... More

Hotel was well located, service was very good as you would expect from this chain but the room was tired and tatty and I have found that different Novotels and Mercures do vary a great deal in quality.

Nice clean rooms, good fitness center on top floor overlooking the city (with sauna and hammam). Not enough lifts. Very very helpful staff with lovely scottish accent. Within walking distance from the city center. Wi-fi was billed £4 for one hour - that feels excessive, but it was fast. Breakfast was a feast of freshness, cereals, breads, fruits, seeds, dried... Novotels are all much the same, rooms are identical, but each one has it's own character. We have stayed in quite a few and we keep going back because we know what we will get. We found the staff in Glasgow to be very nice, helpful and would go out of their way to help and this is what we... More

A perfectly reasonable hotel just outside the city centre with the great benefit of a private car park. Check in and out was quick and efficient and, contrary to other reviews, there wasn't anything tired about the rooms. Spacious, clean and nicely designed with some interesting features. Didn't use the bar or restaurant, so can't comment, other than to say... More

Visited this hotel again for type weekend. Checkin always pleasant and efficient. Room clean and well equipped. Carpets a little tired with some staining. Room service breakfast always better than the buffet. Staff friendly and nothing ever too much trouble.

The food is a bit pricy if you don't have Groupon/Itison buy for us it was Excellent value, lovely hotel with friendly staff and a beautiful... More

This hotel is conveniently situated close to Sauchiehall, Argyle and Buchanan shopping areas. Anything in walking distances. The hotel is somewhat worn out. The beds are not that good. If you stay with two children in the room, standard and superior rooms are small. The standard rooms lack a fridge and safe. Breakfast is fine, but tem days in a... More

Accor owned central hotel just off the main shopping and bar area - good quality rooms and amenities, nice bar and restaurant though menu a little pretentious I felt. Beds really comfortable and a great stay. Only complaint is the £25 taxi fare from Glasgow airport to the hotel - a bit steep by the mile me thinks! On the... More
