Hotel was well located, service was very good as you would expect from this chain but the room was tired and tatty and I have found that different Novotels and Mercures do vary a great deal in quality.

A perfectly reasonable hotel just outside the city centre with the great benefit of a private car park. Visited this hotel again for type weekend. Checkin always pleasant and efficient. Room clean and well equipped. Carpets a little tired with some staining. Room service breakfast always better than the buffet. Staff friendly and nothing ever too much trouble.
