Great central location, next to Merchants city area, and all the shops. In fact the hotel is directly infront of Delmonicas and the polo lounge, so saved on taxis back to the hotel! Very small room, however very modern and stylish. Beds were the comfy and had no noise problems from outside. Would stay again, and would have booked more...

Excellent location in the centre of Glasgow, ideal for rail and bus stations. Pefect for night life but busy, noisy street. Clean, comfortable and good value for money.

Don't be put off by the negatives here remeber this hotel is in the city centre this is our thrid night and the hotel staff can not do enough for you the room seem to be of a typical Mercure standard and a substatial breakfast is available. If you do not like your room go and see them they will...

I stayed in the hotel for business. The location is excellent, at the very center of Glasgow, the service is good and the food ok. But that is where the positive ends, the rooms are small, badly conditioned and noisy. Not a comfortable place to sleep in.

Only stayed one night whilst at a training event over two days here. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and suggested I keep my case in a secure room while I was at the training as it was too early for my room to be ready.

the hotel was a short walk from train station. it was right in town.. the rooms were a good size & the bathroom was nice..they offered free wifi in lobby area.we only stayed 1 night & moved on to edinbough which we liked better...enjoy glasgow for a night or 2, but move on:)

Got a great deal for a short stay at this hotel - received a warm welcome and appreciated the great location of the hotel. The room was comfortable but felt claustrophobic (low ceiling, smallish room) but i guess thats why i paid so little for a city centre room.

Great staff team who are always willing to go out of their way help. Walls can be a bit on the thin side if you have noisy neighbours though. Great value for a city centre location.

Really can’t fault this hotel for location in Glasgow! Have stayed a couple of times now with my partner and both occasions have been great. Reception staff are very polite and attentive and will ensure you get all the help you need. Your right in the heart of Glasgow and everything is a close walk away!
