“Disgusting!!!! The filthist apartment, it would be an insult to students to compare it with student digs!!!”

We book with upstreet, we recieved a phone call the morning before we left, to let us know their north star hotel had had a gas leak but that we had be booked in to their Cranston street flat. 30 mins before arriving we phoned to arrange to be greeted, when we arrived there was no one there.
