I was concerned about staying at this hotel after reading the reviews. Having called the Hotel to express my worries, they upgraded our room to a Deluxe room free of charge. It was fabulous, the staff were helpful and friendly - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back (hopefully soon.)

My wife and I stayed at the Lorne Hotel over Easter and were very happy with the room, the breakfasts and the very helpful staff. We had stayed there before with a Hogmanay coach party and enjoyed it so much we decided to return - and we were not disappointed.
