First time we stayed not a good expeience. We got a free night in the Beresford, much better than Variety Gate. Was ok for the price & being in the city.Limited parking is on the street, free after Saturday 6pm.

We stayed in a superior one bedroom apartment on the second floor and overall this was a good experience, although there is some improvements that management could easily address and improve the experience (and quality of reviews on here). I don't think it deserves the very negative comments on here and we would stay again but have highlighted the positive...

We booked 3 nights and would have left the first day if we had found all the following in time!
But we had to make do for one night and i have NEVER seen such shocking health and safety issues! How anyone can let an apartment out with the folloing is beyond me...by the way for those of you who...

We Booked for 2 nights, but 1 night was more than enough! The bed was damaged - the bed slats were broken, and the mattress was stained, with what looked like blood. The duvet was a single, for a double bed! The table lamp was broken, not that it mattered as there were no bedside tables. There were no hand...

When we arrived at the bsuites head office we were meet by bubbly and cheery staff who were very polite and explained to us we would be staying at the beautiful beresford building. We were walked to our apartment and we were surprised at how large a space it was with high ceilings. The rooms were clean and had comfortable...

i love the art deco building; position perfect for shops and bars - it could be fantastic.....with some attention to detail but why are the management not reading the comments on tripadvisor (and no doubt letters of complaint) . and perfecting these apartments? Arrived Saturday with my husband - not a problem finding the office down the road: was thinking...

I had begun to get a bit worried having read reviews, but thankfully we were very happy with our apartment. Be warned that the reception for these apartments is not actually I the Beresford Buildings itself, it is a bit further along the road. We were greeted very cheerily by the manager Caitlin who told us that we would be...

I had booked in for the Studio Apartment for the night, but was then offered and given free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment as it was available. I got the deal through Travel Republic and was more than pleased with the results. The one bedroom Apartment was lovely well decorated and spacious, with kitchen livingroom, shower room. The shower...

Booked one bedroom apartment, was given a two bedroom as an upgrade as they had cleaners off sick.Booked in and then rapidly booked out again, apartment looked as if squatters had been living there, shabby and not good enough, and wont get refund for days ,quick enough to take money but not quick enough to give it back.
Stay here at your peril.
Appalling!!
