Can't agree with other reviewers who said they were not bothered by the noise from the club below. We were in room 6 above it and were kept awake each night till after 1am by the noise from below. In addition, a horrible pub-like smell of cigarette smoke and mustiness seeped into the the bathroom and then throughout the rest... More

Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly, nice decor, small rooms but they were really nice, good bar area, noise from downstairs bar wasn't a problem so don't be put off by that - we were on the first floor and didn't hear anything. Booked a triple room for a two night stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, room excellent, particularly lovely bathroom. We ate in the hotel both nights and couldn't fault the food or ambience. Concerns over noise from nightclub generally unfounded, windows substantially double glazed. Overall a comfortable and convivial place for a weekend break. More
