Hotel very well located just a few minutes from the Old Course and therefore not surprising that all other guests were groups of golfers but during peak summer months this is to be expected. Comfortable rooms but basic facilities. Playfairs Restaurant great food, make sure you book. A bit pricey for my budget!

Located just round the corner from the Old Course, the hotel is ideally placed for golfers. Staff very friendly and the food is good. Rooms are comfortable, shampoo/hair gel supplied and shower good. Breakfast excellent - I got there on time, its not hard, Good selection of beers at the bar.
