I cannot comment on the rooms as our room was cancelled because of flooding. But the lady who phoned was incredibly polite and apologetic and had upgraded us to another hotel with no extra charge. If the service is anything to go by then the rooms are prob very nice to.

Beautifully appointed rooms, clean and comfortable. Definitely a cut above the usual guest house experience.

The guest house was lovely. Stayed as part of a group of 10 and the owners were really hospitable. The rooms are beautifully decorated in their own individual theme and cosy. Although parking outside was minimal there was plenty free parking on a street a couple of minutes walk away. Would definitely stay there again when visiting St Andrews.

This is a great hotel. We stayed one night in St Andrews and were so pleased about the hotel's central location. The decor is modern and tasteful and the staff could not have been more helpful. Would definitely go back.
